Hi guys,
I wanted to ask what would be the procedure for transfer of ownership of a secondhand bike if the seller is located in Ahmednagar and the buyer(me) is located in Pune?? Would i have to get an NOC from both the rto's or would the ownership transfer procedure be the same as usual?? Also would i have to pay and road tax or go through any other formalities with the rto to use the bike in Pune without being harassed by the cops??
