  • Pulsar 150 kick start problem

Hey guys my bike is Pulsar 150 classic KS,and lately it has been havin a lot of starting problems. The thing is my bike had some problems earlier, like low pickup and it couldn't mantain idling properly... Many mechanics suggested a bore replacement, but being a student, my budget didn't allow me to do so. Now the main problem is my doesn't start properly, sometimes it starts with a single kick. ,but if it shuts down while riding, like in traffic or braking...then its a different story. I have to kick it like 10-15 times and when it finally startrs,it sounds like its out of breath, somewhat like, "when your petrol runs out,and you refill after pushing it to the pump and start for the first time after a few kicks.,,you feel like its out of breath for just 1 or 2 seconds right? Just until the petrol properly reaches the carb?? thats the exact ,feeling and sound"(Sorry for the crappy explanation ,but I hope you guys get it,). And because of this I have already changed the spark plug .. .but no results, according to a roadside mech he says it might be a carb or valve problem..Also the main thing is ,this problem started during a ride to Nandi hills, and before leaving for the ride I had got the carb cleaned and oil topped up,and I removed a conical filter(which I had put in earlier) . . So I have a feeling , that the carb is the culprit here. ,, Any advice is welcome , .Thank you in advance. ,

Advice is a form of nostalgia.
Dispensing it is a way of fishing the past from the disposal, wiping it off, painting over the ugly parts and recycling it for more than it's worth.
