Dent on front rim and bubble on the tyre of GT 650

Guys my Hyosung GT 650 N has a slight dent on the front rim and a bubble on the tyre in the same area.... i have no clue what has caused this..
My bike is fairly new just been a month and some 950ish KMs on it..
I wanted to know if these things are taken care of under warranty.. and if not how do i go about its repairs..
