My advice...Keep your bike Stock for a period of time. Let it cover the warranty run. By the time, you've done that, you can then start experimenting, stuff on your ride.

You shouldn't be jumping to mods so early, first know your machine and then go for it pal . Besides it might void your bike's warranty (not sure about that).

man i think ur bike didnt covered 1 motnh under ur ownership....so keep the bike in the stock conditon but u can make some visual/cosmetic changes like adding neons installing HID etc.
but if u do performance mods then it may void ur warranty and even do damage ur bikes performance

i have heard people saying even the HIDs void warranty since they drain the battery more.regarding the iridium plug and air filter, i think you should wait and complete 1k km on your bike firstl.by that time you would know better about your bike and about what all it needs.then go for whatever mods you want to.happy riding buddy!

it all depends on whether you wanna void your warranty or u just give a damn!!
K&n + 5k calvin HID's will be icing on the cake...
HID's on R15 smoke your eyeballs outta ur skul...total paisa vasoool..the FZ reflectors r lookin damn sexy as well..K&N might end up givin u good mileage, AFAIK the F is a li'l weak on that part.

Keep it stock, the bike's NEW not only for you , but for anyone with a fz16, we dont know what issues it may throw up in the future (may or may not) , run it properly , dont void the warranty at all.

even if you dont give a damn about the warranty, itd be foolish to pay for a part that may turn out defective in the bike for no fault of yours.

let the bike be tried and tested, wait for some others to experiment with the fz16 and then you can decide whether to mod it or not

Cheers
Sudeep

as said in the other post here stick to the original things till you religiously complete the 'running in' period of the bike and when it's still under warranty.........
