Default Karizma Disc problem

I have been facing this problem for the last 5-6 months, my discs brakes are not working as discs . A faint scraping kind of sound coming whenever i turn the wheel, when the bike is on main stand and wheel doesn't moves freely.i have also changed my disc pads. Problem is still the same. Please give some suggestions to fix this problem.
The scraping sound also comes when i ride .

Shown this problem to hero honda service centre, they are so useless that they washed into my discs saying some kind of dust is there and it'll be cleaned but no use . I am tired of this thing. please HELP

1. Check if the disc is bent; take the disc out, put on a flat surface and check for any deformities. If any deformities, change the disc.

2. Are you getting this screeching sound all the time? It is natural to get screetching sound when there is some particles in the disc pads. It goes away after sometime.

Did you change the disc pads even when they are not worn out?

I own a Karizma as well.

There has always been a faint contact between the discs and the pads, right from the time it was bought new. With more than 10,000 km done, the sound is yet to go away.

I suggest you ensure that the wheel is moving freely with the bike on the main stand. If it moves freely, ignore the noise. It is nothing more than a minor irritation.

If it does not move freely and comes to an abrupt sort of halt while rotating, then get the HH showroom guys to fix it; ask for the head-mechanic and explain the various methods that have already been tried to fix it - and insist that the fault is diagnosed and rectified.
