Default Regarding Accessories

Hi.. I just wanted to know on which is the best gloves that you people can suggest me. I own a Red 220 and i want the gloves to go well with it. I have found some in my town and it good looking and goes well with the bike but no safety. I want a gloves which is good looking probably should be red and black coloured, should have good safety and shoudlnt exceed more than 1.2k to 1.5k as i cant afford more than that. Last but not the least is i want one which comes with a XL size cause i am on the heavier side.

Hi ashvin, heavier side doesn't necessarily mean bigger hand. Check the length from wrist joint to the tip of your middle finger. And then decide accordingly. Refer to this:
Cramster: India's first premium bike luggage (saddlebags tankbags) and riding gear (Jackets Gloves) to check your hand size.

I suggest you go for a pair of DSG entry level gloves. Its not fully armored but it has protection around the joints and knuckles and its 850/-. Or you could get a cramster for the range you have specified in the same link I have given you above.

Well, that depends actually. Are you easily inflammable?

They have no specifications as to whether they are fireproof or not.

@Puneet: Neither DSG or Cramster jackets & gloves are fireproof.

I was told at "7th gear" in mumbai tht Joe Rocket has a range of fireproof jackets but they are very costly.

^ u mean fireproof? and would we actually get it with all the protective pads also? i think not.
i found this on the net:
Impact! Racing Products:*Racer Jacket Only X-Large Matte Black

if it is fireproof thing you are looking for then why not buy a good leather?

If you don't want fireproof ones, then you could probably land your hands on a DSG or a Cramster Mesh jacket that comes with padding at the elbow, shoulders and a decent pad at the spine for around 5000. Give or take.

Dont think so whether any Riding jacket is available for under 5K....!! the closest to 5K is the DSG spike jacket(some bit of it is mesh with protectors at shoulders, elbow and some padding at the back) piced at 5,250 bucks.....!! A good deal...
