Default Help - Modification on CBZ old model

Hi guys.

I am being an old member of XBHP, but never came across any point of discussion. However, today i have a query and need ur consultation guys..

I own a Hero Honda CBZ 2003 model, and its kept in quite a clean condition. i haven't done much modification, just added a 120/90 rear tyres. And i was looking upon to add some more mods to it like Alloy rims and clip on handles.

Guys i would need your help, if u can tell me :
1. The proper place in Delhi or NCR where it can be a best buy.
2. suggest some better brands for the same.
3. please suggest some better styles like 3 spokes or 5 spokes ?
3. price range

I am posting my bikes pics. hope that could be some use to you.

Frankly speaking...i would not like to go for a heavy modification like changing the body. because i like the way it is. I just want to do some clean mods like Alloy rims and needed a short handle bars like the ones provided on sportbikes...if they are available. but only if they are of better quality.

Alloy rims would be my first preference..please suggest some good brands and their price range.! You could also suggest for some good mods as well which can be done and that u feel like would be good.

if u ask me,go for the extremes mags,by that u won't $#@* ur bike....
as for the handle, the clip on's are not so comfy...go for a kick ass paint job man with the mags...
as far as performance is considered,go for ngk spark plug upgrade,
motul or castrol synthatic oil(do it after flushing the engine),
engine tune up,etc....

Karizma's alloy looks good when fitted in Cbz or u can prefer Pulsar 180 or 200 alloy..But i will prefer karizama's alloy. And plz do not use those short handles..If u buy some good handles it will cost u more...Use pulsar180 handle..

CBZ X's or Hunk's alloys... If you want them to be a little different try the ones from Suzuki GS150R.

Michelin Sirac tyre... in a little lower cost you have some good IRC's. MRF, Ceat and Dunlop does have some good models that u can check out in the tyres thread.

if you want to go for a split handlebar... pls look at those of RTR / P220 / R15 if they fit with minor mods! don't buy those off the market - they are dangerous.

All the best!

Hey Guys...thanks for the suggestions

Actually i am in a dilemma now. because most of you guys are not suggesting to go for Clip on handle bars. But i would like to know the consequences why i should not go for it. Because i have seen people having these crazy kinda hadle bars of Hayabusa and other sport bikes and they look good. But definately u guys are suggesting then there should be some point in it. Please help.

And also suggest me i saw 3 spokes Alloy wheels from RADO. are they a good brand. please suggest or tell me which one to go for.
