Question Fiero Disc- speedo Worm

hey guys i have a shaolin to which i have fitted a fiero disc brake (the one with the disc on the left handside)

the problem is the worm has worn out, and i'm finding it very tough to find a replacement worm. any idea what options i have or where i could get one? also would the speedo worm from the new suzuki lanza fit? (it has a disc on the left side as well)

I faced a similar issue but with the speedo cable (on my Fiero). If you are using one of old design, you will face this problem.
I upgraded to newer design cable + worm. It was not straight fit as the new one is wider than the old one (probably this is off Apache), so the mech got it machined on a lathe and its working perfectly since then.

What u need to do is buy the Fiero F2's speedo worm(F2 has left side disc as Fiero). Its exactly some 4-5mm wider than teh Fiero worm. U will need to grind the outer a bit and then use the F2/Apache/Victor GLX cable which is widely available. Thats it. Done.
