  • Disk Problem in P200

I gave my bike to a trusty local mechanic for tuning my front disc brakes. he opened it and scraped the dust off and put it back in.
1: now the front wheel is so tight that i cant even push the bike while Iam on it.and after riding the bike for 200 meters (without braking), the disc is so hot that i have a boil on my finger
2: the brake action also have gone like cycle brakes, its not hard any more (now its like some squeaky toy)

the mech said its usual, ride for 2 days it will become good soon, as there is air lock in the brake. i am worried that if i ride like this, i might end up replacing the disc itself.
is this usual or shall i take it to Bajaj or Castrol bike zone to fix it?
