Fabrication of brake light

hey,
can anyone let me know how to fabricate a led alignment of choice for my fz16...

i am planning to have a led aligned in the tail section of my bike..replicating the one like in 2009 vmax...so can anyone tell me whether its possible...if so wat all are required...
