So can someone tell me how to get my bike insured (Full Insurance, i don't want third party). like is it possible to get in touch with some genuine person through whom i can get my bike insured on weekends??? My bike is in excellent condition and registered in my name.

Please i need your help ASAP...

if you keep busy sir it would be hard to help you. take out time and go to a nearest auto or bike market therte should be some people who do this job. get the bike insured and be happy.

If your have your bike insured regularly for all these years then you can log onto the website of ICICI lombard or Bajaj Allianz and get your policy online. Be sure to pay by cheque or card only no cash.

I had taken insurance for My bike from Future Genrali (Belongs to FUTURE GROUP) for 1400 rs (yearly).U can call up the thier call centre and ask them to send thier executive to your place.

You can tell your preference of time to them...they can come on weekends and if suitable for you they can come between 7pm-9pm in the eve as well.

Well i am in Mumbai..else i would have gave you the number of the guy from which i took it.you have to google a bit for it in Delhi.

Also the documents required for it was

1) Copy of RC book.
2) Insurance papers (If you have ...if u dont then its OK OK as well)
3) Address proof

i am not sure about

Cheers

Third party insurance covers only damage to others due to accident.
First party insurance covers damage to your vehicle due to accident as well.

Default Thanks

Thank you everybody for your prompt replies...

@deep: Definitely sir, i will have to do that sooner coz i will be missing the G2G's with you guys...

@jasmeet: I brought my bike last year january second hand. Though i got the papers transferred in my name, the insurance papers were in his name which expired in september last year. So will ICICI Lombard or Bajaj Allianz entertain my case. In any case thanks for your suggestion i will go through thir site i may get what i want

@beruoist: Thanks i will get in touch with the Future Generali co. in delhi and get the details. If they work the way you have mentioned even here then it would be great.

@abhijeet080808: clear and crisp

Will keep you guys updated..
