Default [Help]:Importing parts

there are these highlift cams for the crf150 which are a straight fit for the indian honda engines(say unicorn, cbz x)

the price is $225..ie around 10000rs

i would like to know how much will be the duty cost on this?

is there a min limit of amount you can import without having to pay the import duty on it?

say like parts below 5000rs are free from duty..is it something like that?

AFAIK you have to give an undertaking that these parts are for personal use and not commercial. After that there is no tax but I'm not 100% sure.

Fire a PM to Sumit.Pannalall or hisunil and they will guide you.
