I am using Bajaj pulsar 150 Ug 3 DTSi.. getting only 28km/ltr why happen like this?? anyone have any solutions please...

1. Kms done till date ?
2. Any parts changed recently ?
3. From when this low mileage is observed (all of sudden/gradual)
4. Unusual symptoms (example -> excessive consumption, etc etc) ?
5. Any other information (any mods done to the bike) ?
