Default URGENT: Apache 150 3 Year Checkup (All Delhi riders please see point #7)

My 06 Apache 150 has now done three years of faithful service and has one year more until honourable discharge. Need some help on certain matters.

1) First problem is the oil leak. I've changed the timing chain seal and several others, but there's always black and light gold splatters all over the head, fins, and crankcase.

2) A few months back, I asked the Castrol BZ guys to improve the acceleration on the bike. The gearing seems shorter in 1st and 2nd, but in 3rd onward the bike is smooth and tends to do high speeds well. Should I ask the TVS folks to revert it back to stock?

3) The front shakes ever so slightly when I touch speeds above 80. I had my fork oil changed a few months back and am thinking the forks may be misaligned. What can I do to fix this?

4) Need a new pair of shoes for this gal. Was thinking, would it be wise to fit the RTR 180's 17" rear wheel onto my Apache 150 and pop the R15's tyre onto it? Is that possible on my swingarm? If not, which tyres should I buy keeping an 18" rear wheel in mind?

5) Want the RTR rearset footpeg assembly on my 150. For this I have to change the exhaust. The total cost would come out to Rs. 9.6k. Money is no issue, but does the work and the end result justify the cost?

6) The RTR clutch assembly is a bit more high-tension than the stock 150's. Would fitting this make any difference?

7) This is a city-specific question. DELHI xBhpians! I need the address and contact of a good painting guy who can powder coat my alloys, grey plastics, and handlebar; give the rims the steel-looking finish; and give a fresh coat to the tank and cowls (bike colour is black). Also need the contact info for a GOOD private mech who has experience tuning and working on the Apache breed (150/RTR). Also would appreciate and estimate for powder coating/painting.

8) I want to install white light lamps in the pilot and main beams. The stock is a 35W bulb but the luminance is hardly anything. Can I go for a higher wattage? I have a relay on my battery for my air horns, but will more powerful lights drain my battery more? I also read somewhere about lights which are 35W but give you 65W luminance. Are these available in Hyderabad/Delhi? Where?

9) I want to cut my rear mudguard to just below the number plate. Is there any way to fit a tyre hugger on the rear tyre to avoid mud splatter in rainy season?

10) Is there a way to elevate the level of my headlight beam without going to the service center?

11) Is there any harm in removing my silencer heat shield and giving the exhaust pipe a powder coat job? Or better yet, can I powder coat the stainless steel heat shield?

12) I have seen a Unicorn on xBhp with the bikini fairing removed and replaced with the FZ headlamp unit. Is this possible on the Apache? If so, how much will it cost and what is the best place to get the job done? Would I have to install FZ indicators or will the Apache indicators fit onto the front slots?

I know this is a long post, but I'd be obliged to anyone who offers me help. Points 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 11, and 12 are the main ones I need to know about. Thank you all so much for the help!
