  • Help! Problems in my 2year old dio

I have been using my dio for two years now. I ride it every day and it was a joy until a few days ago the engine started to make weird noises. When i checked with an experienced mechanic. He said the parts have worn out prematurely and claims tat honda parts don't wear out so soon. Previously i gave my bike to the honda service center to replace a broken engine guard which involved removing the engine. Could the staff at honda replace my engine parts with others?

Yep there was some hot air coming from under the engine. Not the engine heat i was as if there was a crack somewhere but couldn't see any cracks. I'm suspecting improper fitting. And yes finally there were loud beats from the engine as if it were some 2stroke motor boat after which the engine's pulling power reduced and was struggling to move. So i switched it off and pushed it to the shop. When the mechanic examined the engine. He showed me the camshaft which had a rough surface. He said that there wasn't any proper supply of oil.
