I dont have any ignition for 2 strokes man. Nothing as of now.
The stock Shogun CDI does not need a battery. As lon as you have the charging circuit running, its fine.

Default Problem Solved!

Firstly, I sincerely thank everyone participated in this thread for guiding me to sort this choke problem. I just changed the spark plug from NGK Iridium to the stock NGK
BP8HS plug. And Voila! the Gun rocketed to 115kmph at a rocking acceleration that too with a pillion (payload~140kg). I personally feel that the 5 speed gearbox has effected in a better acceleration than the 4 speed Shogun. I am quite thrilled at this very moment. Thanks a ton people. Will let you know its solo performance in the coming days.

Cheers,
Karthik.

Like I said in my post earlier, the stock plug will do the trick. Remember a wrongly rated plug will tamper the performance vastly.
Stick to stock and if you damn sure, upgrade.

@ Joel
If Coolkar changes shogun bore to shaolin bore set - Wil it be Shadow in performance.
5 speed transmission is same for both or any changes in number of tooth in gears ?

Nice good you went bback to stock plug, the thing is with iridium its needs spot on jetting else keeps fouling and 500rs keep going down the drain ..
