Angry Solution for Pulsar's rampant Side Stand magnet losing problem

The magnet which keeps the Side Stand light in the instrument console(of my Pulsar 150 v2) ON/OFF is always getting lost. It's getting lost just after 2-3 days of fixing it.

I had replaced it about 14 times till so far in my 4 year old. Although the magnet costs lesser than Rs.20 it's still a pain to replace it umpteen times.

I really don't know why Bajaj has made such a feature if they don't know about the reliability/road-worthiness of such a feature !

Is there any way to fix that magnet so that it always remains there for at-least 1 year/10,000 KMS ?

see i have the same 180 v2.i also experienced same problems for sooooooo many times.every time something hits under its gone, some times nothing hits still its gone.
till v2 bajaj used this lacnar type(half round)magnets which had a major design flaw that you me are expriecing.also when they changed the spoke wheels to alloys the ground clearance dropped (spoke=18 inch,alloy=17inch).for this bajaj changed the design to a full circle button type they are quite stable from v3 pulsar.
you can fit these round things but you have to change the bracket which holds the magnet also.

Err.. doesn't fixing it in place with a glue like QuickFix or Araldite work?

if you can find Cyanocrylate (Still hard to spell for me )
get it,
it works better then those so called SuperGlues,
got it for free from Yamaha,(Contacts )
but it comes for 120 rs. for 20 grams,
believe me i fixed a puncture with it, and used for lots of things, like No plate of my friends bike etc..

The problem is it will fix with the various options stated by the users but as soon as the bike hit something and it will because of the low ground clearance ,nothing can hold it,not even god or should i say bajaj thats why god(bajaj)changed the design of the magnet.
