Lightbulb [Help]: My idea for cheapest imports

This is for the experts who import and deal in superbikes and parts and also the administrators:-
Is it possible to import a scraped/damaged motorcycle from abroad, which should have a good chasis. The engine should be ok to show the RTO. It can be imported as a cbu and should have been bought at 1000 to 2500 us$. Then we can register it with rto paying all taxes and customs.
Once it is registered, we can import and change the engine and include it in the RC book through the rto. After that we can change all parts by importing.
This way, it can be verified and is perfectly legal, we can take it anywhere in India. Though the final expenses on the bike may be fraction more than the illegal ones(imported in parts & assembled), but will be legal.
This is just my wild thought, so plz tell me is it possible:-
A) TECHNICALLY
B) LEGALLY

This not possible in anyway.I think u don't know any thing about custom department.importing such bike, then registering here It would take almost ten years to clear ur bike from Custom clearance formalities and bribing system.its better u Waite for some time and do this thing Indian version of R1 or busa.
