Hey all.....I've a honda dio that has clocked 15000 kms......I am thinking of fitting a KN filter (RC 1060) and NGK iridium spark plug IX .....I am ordering that from planet DSG site......and it's costing about 2500 for both.....should i buy it.....has anyone tried it before....any power cable or spitfire cables needed?
and what would be the change in sound and performance.....
i stunt too so what would be the change in pickup?
and will the SVC guys remove that filter??

yes if you are putting ngk then you have to put splitfire cable for that other wise it is useless sound becomes loud only initial pickup increases what SVC guys you are talking about bro putting a filter is not an easy process you need proper setting for that..

hey thank you for your help.........where will i get the splitfire cables?(online)
and how can we fit KN in a dio?
what if we directly fit without cables?
and i had a hp filter....the guys who fitted it placed it outside hanging. (my dio's engine was ceased because of that..) did they do it right?
they placed that tube outside and the filter too....
what more mods can i get?

Look bro don't go for HP filter they are useless with not proper size holes as in K&N a/f process of fitting k&n
1>remove the air filter box
2>take a k&n a/f & also the hose pipe
3>put the elfi of favi quick join both k&n and the hose togather
4>put it on to your carbu.....
5>open up some fuel in the carbu...

IF YOU ARE PUTTING K&N THEN PLEASE UP JET IT WITH 117.5 JET Pulsar-180 jet other wise you dio valves will be killed on leaner mixture...
give some more fuel to engine....
and yes another thing when you take out the box connect one pipe to the engine...which was earlier connected with box...

Splitfire is most important to give the punch to the spark plug...
