    2) engine is not running lean, now it is giving a mileage of 50kmpl

    3) pickup is also fine.

    4) engine oil is getting evoparated bit soon, dont know the cause.

You did not mention your city. Anyways if u can locate a castrol bike zone in your city or nearby, do it. They are experts and will solve your problem for sure.
I think your piston rings needs to be changed or maybe both block piston.

Perhaps its the carbon build up in the combustion chamber. Could also be a timing problem/tappets loose. Take it to a Service Station and have it checked up.

i can't say in every case, engine oil will evaporate. when 4-stroke bike is getting smoke, in running then it came to bore. check ur engine oil when u remove it from engine for servicing.
well let me know more and wht have u done to stop, may be it help me too.

the main reason behind over heating is TAPPET,CARBON,and LESS FUEL IN THE ENGINE..
                            TAPPET-tighten it
                            CARBON-dicarbonizeing it
LESS FUEL FLOW-open up some fuel from the carb because fuel act as a coolant also...
