Question Engine Case Painting - Process used ?

been searching around for info about engine casing painting(aluminium finish) for my RX 135. will be a long post please bear with me . will split my question into parts:

Process Involved - Part I:

SandBlasting Method:the metal casing is heated to high temps with a sand base plant in a iron kiln so that existing metal scarps off, then the bare metal is dipped in a hot reservoir containing the paint base in a molten state so that it gives a neat finish & smooth surface.this is supposed to be the industrial method.

Scrap & Spray: this is said to be same as repainting job,the casing is scrapped of the old finish & a spray gun is used to complete the job.

^^^ which of the above is the correct method to be followed to paint engine casing like the RX 135 or the pulsar (older ones) or the avenger which have a aluminum finish casing.

Two Finishes - Part II:

i have seen two finishes in the casing painting:

Glossy - laminate Finish: this is finish i see in most bike which have been rebuilt.they have a very glossy finish which would be similar to a paper being laminated

Dull Aluminium - Silver Finish: this is finish i have seen on bikes that have come out a factory or stock bikes.

^^^ which is correct finish to have ?

would be glad if somebody can answer the above,i am in the process of rebuilding my RX 135,i am looking for the casing engine painting to be done. any idea who does a proper job for this ?
