i hope i am not too late to reply

do u want your bike back in showroom condition or want some mods.

if u want power mods , INDORE isn't the right place.

but for normal restoring there are many good ones ....
above mentioned Friends autogarage is good for normal restoring but pretty costly i would say.

If your parents will let you - do it at home in a spare room or in the backyard. The RX/RD bikes disassemble easily and are easy to put together as well. You can strip the bike down, work on individual bits over a period of time to your satisfaction instead of letting a mechanic call the shots. I overhauled an RD350 at home in 3 weeks...you can do an RX in 2 weeks if you plan it well and get all the parts beforehand.

You will also get to learn how the bike works so in future you can sort out issues yourself.

DIY is the way to go.
