  • [Photo Feature]: A visit to Elizabeth street - Melbourne's motorcycle hotspot!

Every motorcycle loving city has a hotspot where one can buy, browse or simply drool at motorcycles. Melbourne has its own at Elizabeth street - a down town avenue with a block of Kawasaki/Ducati/HD/KTM's/Yamaha/Honda/MV Agusta dealerships! Today was a Sunday and I knew that the shops were closed, but since it was a short walk from my hotel, I decide to do some 'window shopping' anyway. I also have to buy up some parts and accessories for my yet to be delivered Ninja 250R, so will probably be back here on Friday and then will post more pictures when all the bikes are displayed outside the shops...

    Till then, enjoy these photo's...

    KTM Dealership: KTM 1190's

The bigger Ninja's: I will return this place probably tomorrow to pay a deposit on an OEM 250R part so that they can deliver within this week...

Peter Steven's Melbourne: They own quite a bunch of dealerships across the city and Australia

    Harley Davidson:

Triumph: Notice the 'zero bhp' 675 in the picture below!

More pictures next weekend when my mini-vacation starts!

              When were you in Melbourne?
The Wheel was a great invention; Two Wheels with a Motor in between was even better!

Wow! Two years when you were a baby!!! Your basic upbringing has been good. Your fundamentals are correct. No wonder you got such good riding and driving education and discipline, not like our regular Indian riders/drivers on the roads here!
