  • Solving the Luggage Dilemma: Monster and the S'fighter at the Gurgaon Ducati Showroom

A few days ago me, Anurag and Sunil Gupta happened to be in the vicinity of each other and near Gurgaon. On the impending 7000 kms ride in Italy on a Streetfighter and a Monster we decided to check out how 'tourer' friendly these bikes were. Having toured on the R1 and the Blade it didnt matter much to me except that I should be having mercy on my back!

Anyhow in the very small time that we spent I managed to get a few pics, some pics are in Anurag's cam.

    Now the main question arose:

Doing some research brought forward some of these options:

we know that for many a monster road trip of a few hundreds of kilometers can be challenging due to the lack of space for luggage to a minimum and the total absence of aerodynamic shelter. And here, therefore, the kit signed Givi, a business known by all for offers accessories for all motorcycles sold more.
In fact this seemed to be a good enough setup:

There is a Monster under my Bed and I am scared that it will eat all my luggage

All in all we are trying for two Ducati Multistradas for the whole trip, whatever works, we are coming! And one of you is going with us!

Keep your bike in good repair: motorcycle boots are not comfortable for walking.

@Sunny bhai, one noob question why can't you go for the Multistrada option? Monster looks like a punny street bike in its looks... Also we can have the ride impression of the new technological bike(Multistrada) from Ducati too... it will be really nice option i think, because 7000kms on Monster is asking too much...

As per @kenda's ride impression the working of rear shock absorbers are bit stif(may be in Italy they don't have bad roads like us), but a professional and experienced rider like you know this 7000kms is all about...

Just my 2 cents... anyways give us the ride reports and am really looking forward for the picsssssssssssss....
