Posting some pictures of my RD350 its 1988 model LT unsleeved and running .75 mahle Pistons. its running on orignal Hitachi points ans soon i am gonna replace the points with RDD CDI for RD and UNI's.. I am soo happy with the performance of the RDD CDI kit on my RX135 5 Speed that i can't wait to give my RD350 the RDD treatment and i think RDD CDI is the best Gift that i can give to my first love i.e RD350

Your RD350 looks awesome, well maintained. Yes, RDD goodies should be the best gift you can offer to this lovely machine. These days, I'm only seeing RDs on the forum, here in Chennai it is almost a rare site.
Sunday morning I happen to see a blue one, passing me from opposite side, must be cruising around 50-60, man.. the engine roar made me to stop my bike aside and watch him cross the entire stretch while my ears pleased with the exhaust note. I was watching it as if a celebrity passing by.

Yup Rd's are very rare these days its very hard to find a decent running RD.. Its just because of unavailability of spare parts and the ones which are available are cheap n aftermarket.Regards

The front drum looks beautiful along with the motorcycle, but I prefer discs for safety. Pls try getting a frontal disc brakes.Skill is what keeps you on a Motorcycle

Need to have some info yesterday morning i taken my RD for a ride and returned home without any problem and i forget to switch off the ignetion switch and see the switch on after 7 hours taken it for a short spin and when i switched on the light the bike is going dead reached home without the head light on.. Reaching home i checked the voltage of the battery with a multimeter its showing 8 volts and when i switch on the ignetion key the voltage is dropping to 6.89 volts
Should i have to check for any problem or i just recharge the battery and it will work fine again.. is the battery drained if we switch on the ignetion and forget to switch off the ignetion.. bike is running on points please suggest what to be checked ??Regards
