Will give a GREEN or RED signal by early next week; I've got lot of things to fix this weekend on RX; unless those are being fixed, I can't take my RX out to complete the run in period. So put me under tentative.

Count me in for the ride..the ride is still one more month away, so hoping quite some number would turn up
@aargee, hope you would get your steed ready and it would be a Green
Btw, do you ride your RX to office?..then, i guess once your steed is ready, u can easily complete the run-in period if you ride to office from your home everyday and if we do some weekend trips..

No @Tarc; its still in garage; I need to fit the 12V magnet & the complete the wiring & some more minor works; after that its all ready to hit the road.

Everyday I keep working on it; even this morning, I replaced the handle bars with new one & finished about 47 Kms in total as of date.

Looks like I need to go to Vellore Saravana Bhavan every weekend for breakfast

                      @ Efunds

Is there any other place for accommodation apart from this?. Is Punnami/Haritha Guest House a govt. one? How would be the climate in Horsley, same as Yercaud? Any clue for the above queries?

                        My first name is Sriram....lol

Horsley Hills does not have any other option, as I have only heard people saying that there is only one Govt. bunglow which is Punnami/Haritha Guest House.

This guest house accommodation ranges from Rs. 800 to Rs. 2600, will share the details with all during our weekend G2G. (And their rooms comparatively reasonable and quite limited for each category that's the reason why I want the count soon.)

The climate is supposed to be good in all times of the year and this is what I came across when googled.

Even I heard the same that there is only ONE Guest House / Bungalow.

Nothing much to see and all. Its just a small hill top. He said the below and I quote, "you won't realize that you have have reached the destination, its a small hill, not much of visiting options, can be done as a ONE day affair too".

Anyways, plan is a plan.. Oh.. Sri.. Am confirmed too..

There is a guy already with your name, so termed you as EFUNDS

I came across this...It says "Try to get rooms at the Governer's Bungalow," or it refers the same resort?

There is also Forest guest house it seems.. Better & cheaper than Punnami resort..
