  • Feedback thread for Yamaha in Delhi/NCR/Haryana

    Hi All,

This is a thread started as an initiative to give a direct feedback regarding Dealers, A.S.S ( not the donkey type, but After Sales Service ) of Yamaha in Delhi/NCR/Haryana.

I wish i could include the rest of the country as well, but i feel that i can help with a more direct influence on these regions.

The idea is to give you experiences, good or bad that you would've had while buying a yamaha, getting it serviced, or getting something fixed in it. With regards to the problem rectification, speed of action, response, whether you were satisfied or not.

At the same time, this is also a chance to whoop those dealers who dont give a damn, and to set things right!

I start with my own experience -

Gurgaon Yamaha dealer - Indifferent, pathetic service, not enough manpower to handle the work, and not even trained properly.

    Faridabad Dealers -

Green automobiles - The Owner takes a personal interest and checks the bikes being serviced from time to time. Their sales team might not be the best, but their service is not bad. I got my bike from there only ( R15 )

Northern Motors - Rude mechanics, Great showroom, and a bigger inventory. So basically what color you want, is available.

    Please bring em coming!

My offerings to the gods of speed -

    - KTM Duke 200
    - Yamaha RXZ 5 speed

    Approved
The Wheel was a great invention; Two Wheels with a Motor in between was even better!

^^ sure is. And i suggest that owners of other brands also bring forth their feedback in separate threads, For bajaj, HH, Honda, suzuki, TVS etc. This will create awareness in the customer ( what he needs, and what he should expect, and what he should be getting ). Also it will be a strong feedback to the respective brands to take inititative to improve their operations and dealer network. They might do their surveys at the lower levels, but im sure an intellectual community will give stronger comments and suggestions.

I know the Green Automobiles owner Mr.Bambi personally when i was there in Faridabad. He is a genuine guy and never shows dis-interest in any new/old customer approaching him. All his employes more or less carry the same attitude.

My friend gets his FZ-16 serviced here and he too thinks the level of servie is not upto the mark.He has to visit the dealer for the same problem more than once to reslove it.

        OTR:
I owned a Karizma when i was there in Faridabad. The servie of all HH dealers was pathetic too. The only solution i got for my problems were from the Castrol Bike Zone guys.

I feel that the dealers dont get their boys trained from the respective principles and pick small boys with little or no experience at all. Most of the times i and my friends end up giving solutions to our issues faced...
