Good start up lovish with beautiful Teasers, i know there is lot more to treat,Bring them up soon.

As our plan to Rohtang got cancelled and Ramzan was approaching, the only thought that was in my mind was how will i wait for another one month for the ride i am striving for 4 months from my last Mcleodganj ride and one month more ???? No , i cannot .I called up lovish on saturday evening that we are moving tomorrow morning and told him the whole plan .After an hour we both confirmed our intension to the Plan.
What to say about this one day sunday trip. Excitement , Urge to roll in hills, had to join office on monday . We were just trying to race with time. Finally it worked out and we moved out on early morning.

Office hours will not give me much time to write more so hopefully lovish will continue the rest with some amazing clicks by Him

              Day 1: Panipat-Shimla-Naldehra-Tatapani-Shimla
              Kms done: 406
With alarms ringing @3:30 am, tried to get up as soon as possible as the excitement to hit the roads was on the peak. Received a call from saif bro: haan lovish ready..??? To which I replied: bas coming sir. Though I love to spend a lot of time bathing but I think this was 1 of the quickest. Had packed the bag in the night itself but still the bungee cords were missing, was searching it and taking more and more valuable minutes when saif bro was waiting @the road. Finally found it, took blessings and with a single push the bike came to life. Meet saif bro and we were ready to hit the roads. Within minutes we were on the main NH1. I just love these open highways with just the street lights, the rider and the steeds. Some shots @ the panipat toll plaza:
After getting out of the city we cruised at good pace whereas my tinted visor started giving me visibility problems so had to open it but how it is possible to ride with open visors after dark. A perfect example of how important our lids are:
But sun showed some mercy and this is how it looks like @dawn:

We had to stop remove those murdered insects, flies from our lids to have a clear view of the roads ahead

              gearing up:

ready to rip the roads again, the next stop was for some clicks on the panchkula-kalka highway:

crossed kalka and there we are in the hills
              first stop near shogi

( where we say manan bro passing bye)

              some more shots enroute

though zma's power proved it and saif bro was no where seen...
i was capturing each and every possible place i can..
              view of solan city

then we called each other and meet saif bro at kandaghat and rode together onwards to shimla.
took some rest there, have our breakfast/ lunch visited local market.
              some more clicks

              shimla nagar nigam

              the famous church

              view of the city

              random shots

tummy filled and we were ready to move towards tatapani via naldehra
              The tunnel

              near naldehra

              even land-slided...but can't stop us.

              first view of river sutlej

we were enjoying the weather and the curves when got thi biggest surprise of our life..
              the GURUS
              on those heavy machines

              safety first...gearing up
              old fox sir

              roger sir

and after 10 mins or so we moved forward to our destination and the xbhp team to naldhera.
              BEEN THERE DONE THAT

              SOME MORE SHOTS

moving on near the river bed saw a hotel that the owners left bacause of the flooding sutlej..
but how can we leave this..beautiful place(scary too)

              the timer pic.

              going wild and green

              spot the green "X"

with water levels rising, we thought to move from this place

had our lunch in tatapani ( i must say it was yummy) and started off for shimla...soon after few kms saw a board pointing to shimla in the downward direction road, took that road but after 1 or so km i found that road to be unknown and luckily spotted a family coming form there, asked them about the road to shimla and i was right, this was the wrong road going to rampur THANK GOD..!!! we came just a few kms... took a u turn and off to that diversion to take the right road. and as everyone must have experienced the journey back is always completed fast..
              near naldhera

              awesome weather

we reached this beautiful naldhera golf course in minutes.
              golf course

meet the xbhp team at their hotel and had a chat with old fox sir, roger sir while sunny sir was taking rest in the room..and praveer sir was busy reading a novel,i think.
discussed everything related to bikes, destinations and the heaven"spiti" I must say hats off to of sir, he is like familiar with every single road of the valley...this is what is called EXPERIENCE.
              the machines

              changing weather

with clouds coming down and covering the roads we continued our journey to shimla

a memorable shot by "of " sir.
thanks a lot for this sir.

we were almost in shimla and visibility was going more and more poor...speeds reduced, enjoyed the weather and were moving on when i spotted this.

we were a tired and a bed was the most awaited thing but locating a hotel was the most tiring thing for us...as the ones that were fine were not having a parking space and the ones with parking space were not clean and were smelly, but somehow managed to find a decent place after an hour of going here and there, but i think something was left in saif bro and he forced me to have a walk to mall road...I also agreed which was damn damn damn tiring..we reached our hotel @ around 11 after those delicious gulaab jamuns of balajee's. and the day was called off...phew.

              DAY: 2
              kms done: 283 ( shimla-ambala-panipat)

Next day we need to start as early as possible as saif bro had to reach his office. started @ 6am with no water, tea anything.
no more stops, photos just a tyre presure check up and enjoying those curves again.
we were maintaining constant speed and i was in the mood to push it up to my home but my bike needs gas, filled it and then the zma wants something...near ambala but they dnt accept plastic money, stopped there and had lite b'fast and i asked saif bro to speed up as i was more in mood to go easy..
he pushed his machine up to 120-130 and i was doing easily @ 85-90. dnt knw when he took another break for zma to fill up n i crossed him..then a police check post on main NH1 stopped me, and i was asked to show the documents, was showing him 1 by 1 and he said..
"tere pass kuch na kuch to nahi hai pakka, jo 1-1 karke dikha ra hai..saare ekatthe dikha.."
i showed him all of them together and he was like...acha..kya baat hai..bahot acha..jaa ab( he means good, fine you can go now).
was about to tell him about xbhp and that we don't ride without these things but his senior called him and i took out my phone to call saif bro to ask where he is right now and saw him coming..he too showed them his documents and we were again on the road.
saif bro was in hurry ....so, pushed up and i was doing normall speeds.
reached panipat toll, had one more final pic of the ride.

and direct to home..@11:48 i reached home safe and with memories.
checked my phone and saif bro was also @his home safe just 20 minutes before me.
              home coming

              and another ride completed...SAFELY.
