Add GS to the list as well. A very able tourer and city commuter, with mileage above 50. Besides, the road presence is wonderful, which I think Dazzler will lack severely.

Mu suggestion would be to opt for dazzler... Saying that with personal experience...
I rode a pulsar 150 for 2.6 years, got bugged with its maintainence... The bike spent more weekends in the service station than with me...
Sold her off and bought a dazzler and have been riding her since the last one and half months... Too good bike, trust me... Reliable and smooth engine that no other competitor can offer...
P.S : No intentions of starting a brand war, my personal experience
The final decision lies on you... Take a test ride of dazzler again, it ll surely impress you...

Go with your heart. Seems like you already like P150 UG4.5. Go become another pulsar maniac ( I am one too )

Pulsar is only bike which has all DC electrical. It's 71k OTR here in Kolkata/Hooghly.

Make sure you maintain it/any bike well to keep it for next 8 years

Go for Gladiator and save money for petrol/service expenses!

If you are still keen on a 150cc bike!

Hunk/GS150R/Dazzler would be my options if I were in your place. Hunk's upgrade is due and is expected to launch in september with same features as in Dazzler!

They all share similar mileage under sane riding conditions..also check with manufracturer has good service in your place.

go for dazzler coz it has all latest technology
its good as its not common ( i love this thing as people keep starring at our bike and are curious to know what machine is this)
looks decent as i hate looking at pulsars now (except 220 )
                      awesome mileage
                      rear discs
                      what else you want???
performance wise our senior members can comment better then me

                        good controll
The moment you see this requirement that too in caps only bike that comes to every mind is FZ. As in looks department none are anywhere near it. Unfortunately the performance doesn't match upto it(the looks ). Never-the-less its one of the best city-tools around.

                        Drawbacks :
                        Low MILEAGE.
                        Higher end pull is sluggish.
Alloy-bend issues have been faced by lotsa customers.

You say you want to keep it for 8 years. Now no one beats a HONDA in engine reliability...PERIOD!!! Dazzler would be a great choice here and performance-wise its just next to RTR160 in that segment.Looks though are subjective

My take : FZ (The damn thing looks too HOT to ignore )

If MILEAGE cant be overlooked at any cost then its DAZZLER all the way!!!
                        ...Back to HIBERNATE mode...

                          Go for Dazzler..

I would recommend Dazzler. I agree that it's not that hot in looks. But sure is descent. And being Honda, I guess you won't be much frustrated with it in the next long 8 years. The bike is reliable for city rides and long rides.

It seems like you are already in love with pulsar. Ultimate decision is yours. So sure consider your likes and dislikes. Because its you who is going to live with it, not anyone else here.

why not a Zma-R I think with 80000 budget you can go for it since you want to keep it for next eight years a more reliable thing will do so its Zma-R(hero honda) or Dazzler(honda) since both are well known for reliability
