Bajaj Auto Ltd. invited 11 Pulsar Fan's Via Facebook Fan Page of Bajaj Pulsar for the Pulsar Factory Tour(Contest Based) out of which only 8 made it across India .I was also in the tour and it was a incredible experience and dream to see how the King of the Road was made into a reality
The Itinerary and invitation is as follows:
Congratulations, you have won a chance to be part of the exclusive Pulsar factory tour and see how the Pulsar's are made.
The factory is in Chakkan which is about an hours drive from Pune. Below is the agenda for the same:
10:00 am Arival at the Bajaj Auto office in Pune: 16th October, 2010 at
10:00 am to 12:00 pm Interaction with the Bajaj Marketing team and tour of the office
12:00 pm to 1:00 pm Lunch
1:00 pm Departure for Chakkan
2:00 pm to 4:00pm Visit to Chakkan to see the Pulsar actually being created + the surprise
4:00 pm Departure for Corporate Office
5:00 pm Departure from Bajaj Auto office
All activities that are a part of this agenda will be managed by Bajaj Auto .

THE PULSAR TOUR
Our Tour Manager from Bajaj sent a Cab for me at the Airport and I reached Akurdi at around 0945 Hrs
They had a big suprise for us waiting in the Chakan Plant and it was a colour combination of the Pulsar with Orange and Black Combination as we found out later.
Interaction
Mr.Milind Bade Head of Marketing-Bajaj Auto graced the occassion at the Corporate Office.The Probiking Team took our feedback and assured that
the service issues will be resolved across the country.
The Tour
At Akurdi Campus we had our lunch(mess),they had a swimming in the campus,a football ground,a basketball court,a Heli-pad and what not.
At Chakan just after entering the Main gate we saw the famous test track and some bike was being tested,the speculation taking place in the group was that it can be a New Pulsar,Ninja or a KTM,but I think it was a Pulsar...
As soon as we entered the Plant our Tour guide was called and we started the factory tour ,Our Tour Manager had a suprise for us,which later turned our to be a Bike,as soon as our guide removed the curtains we saw a new blood Pulsar 220 with Orange and Black Combination.

oh what so great about that just the color that can even be done with a custom painter outside i guessed it would have been an all new 250-300cc engine with a mono shock different headlight,a new launch 2011,and hope bajaj reduces the weight of the bike 
just imagine a guy wearing a yellow or red or green or blue t shirt how will he look on a orange pulsar
