I was wondering if we can use our community to possibly exert some accountability on service providers in due course. If we start building a database of sorts based on personal experiences of each member, rating both the good and the bad - then I believe ultimately (lets say 5 years?) the sheer size of xBHP might make people sit up and start being more responsible or at the very least help fellow members save a lot of time, money and peace-of-mind. The fact that we the consumers dont have a loud enough voice renders dishonest business practices inconsequential.
Call this wishful thinking but I've seen some very determined and aware members of xBHP who have the callibre to sustain such an endeavour.
