While there was news about one KTM 350, now there is news about three 350's with just the cc's remaining the same, not the segments and focussing.
Downsizing is the future the Boss says, I wonder if its true for everything.
Last time, a Japanese bike I saw being downsized from 650cc to 400cc, its weight remained almost the same, equal to a Superbike of 1000cc. Agree its a road model, but 400-1000cc difference leads to no weight difference?
And in some cases, we have seen upsizing increasing the mileage and power both.
But maybe because his product line includes mostly 690cc engines, upsizing might take them to lower middleweight segment which is probably the need of the hour, rather than 800-1000cc which we have just about enough.
