Ouch thats a real poor state of living for the RX. May you bring this one back to life and pride.

Asif currently we are running RX100 & RX135 for drags. The RD, i have my doubts if it will be ready by this weekend.

If the drags are sure to be held in B'lore, then we will be there. Man, the venue has not been finalized yet!!!!! I have my doubts if we will have it in Jakkur.

The event is most likely to be at Whitefield. I guess you can download the forms and see for the exact location of the event. Will update incase i get to knwo more information. The only use of FB is this, most events are updated and shared.

Will be looking forward to see your bikes in action.

Yes, there are 2 bikes getting ready. But the RD is for real world racing, whereas the RX mentioned in this thread will be delivered to the customer & will not participate in any events, its more of an academic interest project.

Not sure if you have seen this form (attached), it is mentioned as TBA (To Be Announced) in all important fields. With just 3 days to go, do you think it will be possible to organize such a big event with venue still un-disclosed???

Take my word, it will be postponed & most likely shifted to H'bad.

I have no clue on whitefield location, is there a strip available there?

I even heard many tuners from B'lore were getting ready for this event & also there was a practice session on NICE road, guess they were out there doing timing check.

Bangalore schedule :22nd October , All particpants are requested to attend Scrutiny of vehicles at Karanataka State Lawn Tennis Association office near Cubbon Park. Registrations will close by 22nd evening.

23rd October( Main event timings ) : Bikes 0900 to 1300 Hrs | Cars 1330 to 1800 Hours [Main Venue of event TBA]

Ahemmmmmm........ Dint i tell it will be not be held in B'lore. Check Attachment for details (PDF file).

It is very very difficult to get permission in B'lore (not impossible though), i know all the history & the right guys who gave me this news. Such a big event should have been planned a month in advance!!!!

Ah, time for an update. The RX is finally taking shape. Pics will speak for themselves.

Note: The engine work & cosmetics (Paint job) are yet to be executed.

Nice project Karthik, good to know that monster is shaping up well. For this project, will you be going for spokes or alloy wheels? I pressume it should be spokes correct?
