Hello guys,

I recently visited one of the Hero Moto Corp. dealership and there I noticed the new magnetic lock system being introduced in CBZ Extreme which is quite impressive. As per to the Hero Moto Corp. salesman, this technology/feature is seen in Honda Activa scooters too and now Hero Moto Corp. have inherited the same from Honda (Though this feature, as of now, is only in CBZ Extreme from all Hero motorcycles).

I would like to know more about this technology. How it actually works? Is it possible for me to get this magnetic lock system fitted in any of my bike ? Which vendors from the spare part industry actually operates in such kind of magnetic locking systems ?

I would appreciate if anyone could share any valuable information over the same.
