they could have as well launched it in auto expo, anyway they have provided a small test ride to auto journalists and revealed to the world almost everything about bike.

        anyway this is old news.

i was misled by the title.. and by the way, 1 to 1.5 Lakh price range??? that's really competitive, if u ask me...
Every BIKE has a lot of speed in it. The trick is getting the speed out of it.

I'm pretty sure he must have meant 1-1.15 lacs.

nothing to say further if u believe this shit!

Duke's short geared for improved acceleration in expense of top speed still it is not easy to catch up acceleration of cbr taking the extra cc and torque cbr has into consideration.

                        yeah, neither do i
by the way, those figures are given by Bajaj not by the reviewers
so you can assume what may have happened

do you have any good reason to believe that CBR250 is better at acceleration than the Duke?
check the power to weight ratio of the duke compared to the cbr, then you will know how good the figures are

Duke is light, but cbr has more cc & torque for its additional weight. The performance difference would be marginal if not better n cbr's side in terms of acceleration. Wait till both bikes are tested side by sides. and dont go by the comparison data made by Bajaj themselves!

There was a huge debate on the same review.
