pulsar 150 "RRIIIIIIIPPPPP"
hi pals THANKS FOR TAKING TIME TO READ MY PROBELM 
i have been riding this pulsar 150 for past 2yrs totally 38,000kms . 2months back bajaj service mechanic told me that i have to change the battery since i had problem with selfstart and poor horn sound.
so day before yest i have bought new "amaron battery" fixed up. i used the self start button, it has started my engine very smooth, i was very happy :P
but today again i got a self starter problem. whenever i use selfstart, sound comes from the engine and starter motor just like old battery tried to run the starter motor then it dies.
so i went to bajaj service center,
1. they have checked my battery, voltage reading showed 12.5vlts so they said battery is ok .
2. they have checked the ""small box with 2 little fuses in it. it was ok but supply comes even if the ignition is ""off"" this could be a problem.
3. they checked the relay by shorting relay terminals with long screw driver. it start the starter motor but unsuccessful to start up the engine.
4. they have checked little black colour box (they said its rectifier) . it was ok.
5. finally they have connected long thick wire, one terminal on battery and another terminal on started motor connection. nothing happened .
"FINALLY THEY SAID I GOTTA CHANGE MY STARTER MOTOR "
i said ok will come on saturday to fix it up. when i retured home i tried to use self start again THIS TIME no sign of anything no old battery starting sound from engine or starter motor, my speedometer dead if i stop the engine, click sound from relay whenever i push self start button .....
