I'm planning on getting the new R15, but I have really short legs. I tried out a friend's bike and my feet barely touches the ground. I've heard the suspension can be adjusted? If not, is there any other way at all to lower the sear height?

If you feel you are short for R15 V2, don't go for it. Never get motorbikes in the hope that you can get used to it, or that you can mod it to suit you.
But answering your question, you will have to adjust the suspension in order to decrease the height. I don't think there is anything else you can do.
But why do you want to do a mod immediately after you get such an expensive bike?Comment

suspension cant be adjusted in r15 . the only simple way i can think of is by modifying the seat by making it thinner by shaving off its foam , which will mke bike more uncomfortable . you'l have to check the r15 seat if its possible to modify itComment

But I have seen a few R15s with really low seat height..almost an inch lower than normal..how do they manage it? Or is it just the suspension having been compressed by the rider's weight? Also, can the suspension be adjusted on a Yamaha FZ16?Comment
