  • [xBhp Universal Thread]: Motor Vehicles Act - Fines and Punishment Under Motor Vehicle Act

Tried searching for thread relaetd to motor vehicle acts. But could not find it. hence, starting a new thread, desicated to motor vehicle rules and acts.

I request all XBhpians to post atleast one rule or act regarding following points:
    1. riding safety- Helmet, riding gears
    2. Rules- for example: Use low beam in night while riding on road, having onward traffic
    3. Acts: Acts related to motor vehicles: This should include technical specification, vehicle registration, certifications which needs to be adhered. eg.Bikes must have rear view mirrors.
There's lot to it other than saddle....

i am attaching some useful pdf files in zip format regarding various rules, penalties etc.

please download them and unzip to read.

unfortunately there is a maximum file size limit on xbhp, which is ridiculously low, so unable to attach- central motor vehicle rules and motor vehicles act.

luckily rules of road regulation file size is less and i have attached it here.

plz search on google and download the rest two.

The PUC(pollution certificate should be the original one ,,others only xerox copy is enough... even attestation is not required..
