ODT=One Day Trip

It was one of those normal weekends when I see rising the sun and sunset on the road only.
I don't ride to achive something , I do ride to get lost from this so called social world ..


The last night me and my friend Sid didn't sleep for a second even, we was watching some movies and the plan stuck in my mind to visit Mahabalipuram one more time as last time when I visited the place I could not explore much..
Sid also agreed with me ..


So the ride started at 1.00 am , cruising at constantly 85kmph as after kancheepuram the road is not good .

In no time we reached kanchepuram and started riding on bad roads with lots of pothols , and I was riding faster to reach mahabalipuram beach in time so that we don't miss the sunrise ..







On the way we watched local drama show in kanchepuram market , we wasted 45 mins but I really enjoyed even I can't understand the language ..










Here a cop suddenly stopped us but asked only some about our trip and left..


After a continous ride we stopped a teastall for a tea break and started again , we were not clicking much photos as it was a regular weekend trip , but never knew that its gonna be a memorable one ..( by any means)


After nearly 25 mins I stopped for a pee break and noticed a Puncher ..


Now this was a horrible condition and 1st time my rear tyre punchered in a trip , sad and we were nearly 25-30 kms from mahabalipuram and the time was 4am ..
we pushed our bike for some 2-3 kms and parked the bike in an church .
As per local people the opposite of the gate is puncherwala 's shop but its gonna open only at 8am ..


Now this was the worst condition ever I can think ..


I uploaded a status in FB from mobile and took shelter in the church ..


We really slept for 1.30 hours :P


When we wake up time was 6am ,went to near tea stall .
Taken tea , after listening our bengali talk in between us the chaiwala said
"apnara bangali??" are u bengali?


"hain!! " yes


"kotha theke aschen??" from where are u coming??


after a small discussion he called the puncherwala's home and asked to come fast as we were waiting ..


I could expect this situation ..

It was only 6.30am

And then we were on road again

it was only 11am and we didn't want to reach home so fast so time to choose another destination ..

nice trip...buddy, you are really stretching both your bike and your phone's camera to its limits....but then its not the bike that makes a hard core biker....way to go....

what could be the best option to head towards Pondichery when we were in mahabalipuram , and ECR (east coast road) is the best ..

So groommmmm to pondichery ..



The mobile gps was showing the road and what more, cool wind and a smooth ride ..

BTW then we reached pondy, roamed around but suddenly our camera stopped working, so no more clicks from pondy,

we were more tired than platina ,as we didn't sleep last night

Though it was a regular weekend trip,but don't know why its memorable for me ..
