did fury come with piolies?tht's interesting.am about to do the same implant on my rd.the fury's cast iron front brake is better than any of the present single disc made here.and u can't compare fury's forks with pulsar's,fury's fork dia is bigger than rd's too.so fork dive is less.making pulsar's head 4 valve is not fesable and will cost a lot.what to do is put a bigger piston,shave the head,up the compression and polish the valve heads and the ports with head too.gringing of cams and valve stem treatment only if you know 4 st.well or have a good tuner around.\'87 High Torque RD 350B
in first gear,6000 rpm,whack the throttle.

Speedrocks..I live in Hyderabad. And by the way, I don't trust the local fabricators. The quality of work is EXTREMELY poor. They make parts which look good from a distance, but get close & u feel like puking. These guys don't know a thing about quality.
My brother knows how to make the stuff in fibreglass. Right from making moulds to the final 2K paint. He promised to teach me the stuff, but he ain't in the country right now. He's gonna show me when he gets back.
By the way, I can already make the fibreglass stuff, but it look obviously amateurish.
C'mon guys! I thought you were DIY(Do it Yourself) enthusiasts! Make the fibreglass stuff yourself ( It's REALLY easy!) & bask in the satisfaction!
And hey, about the cast iron brembo, where can I find pads for it man? anywhere in India. Cuz I replaced the pads with some cheap-o fakes & everytime if it even drizzles, the brake loses all power. Can I pucnh some holes in the disc to aid water removal? Also, when I brake, the front end pogoes up & down . I think the disc is warped or somethin. So do I change the disc, or fabricate a new one?
And yes, the Fury did come with Paioli front Forks.

ok.first drilling holes is good as helps loosing disc weight.and tht helps.second check the fork spring for tension.tht make the forks wobble.also put good quality pad.try the adreno or gf 125 pads if they fit.post a pic of ur bike in the 2 stroke fourm and any other interesting details.i'm a big fury fan.\'87 High Torque RD 350B
