a column on such auction was published in dailies a long time back...!

now they have come up with the actual auction...

Delhi Police has a big no. of unclaimed vehicles parked in their courtyards!
they have picked them up from public parking lots, roadsides etc. & nobody has turned up to claim them from the police!

so the police has come up with this new idea of auctioning them off to general publi at very reasonable prices...!

these vehicles includes fron brand new Sumo, Nexia, Safari, 800, alto, ikon etc. to a pajero too...!!!!
& many other older vehicles... ranging from cars, 2-wheelers to tempos & some CVs too..!

in todays news paper they have asked the owners of such vehicles to come ahead & claim ur vehicles b4 next week.

so they might b coming up with auction in next week itself...!
keep an eye in that...!


i think nobody will come ahead to collect his vehicle, 'coz most of them r stolen or r without any papers or r smuggled into india ...!

so .... delhi-dudes keep an eye on that & try to lay ur hands on these "unclaimed-beauties" (read virgin...)!!!
