    xBhp Delhi - Shimla - Narkanda G2G (26th Dec 2004)

    Hi xBhpians,

    I had been waiting for long to see a topic opened in the forum for our next Delhi G2G. Since we are definitely going, lets start discussing it. Cause its gonna be snowing and we dont wanna be taken in for when we are not ready for it.

    Nature can be a killer you know !

    So for now the list is

    1. Bunnypunia - ZMA
    2. TorquExtreme ( thats me ! ) - ZMA

    As already discussed, we will go to shimla via solan and then Chail. From there we leave for Narkanda and then head back to delhi. Bunny will post the details here.

    remember 1 thing. in extreme cold you get tired easily if you lose heat. so make sure you have the following items ready with you.

    We leave on 26th morning. Bunny will post the exact time and place to meet.

    Get your Bike Serviced
    Carry Engine Oil
    Spare Tyre Tube
    Adjust Breaks / Chain / Lights / Horn

    Total Money - 2000 to 2250 ( Fuel + Others )
    Spare Money - 300 - 500
    Good big Shoulder bag
    Tyre Pressure - 26 front and 30 Rear

                      @cathode : i wanted to meet u n lovemax today but gotta get the foot-peg welded and the handle bar thing resolved plus gotta find the chain set for zma..

                      so we did meet yesterday. the vikroma gang joined in it. also were some 3-4 new guys.. so we were around 12-13 bikes. met lovemax for the first time.. nice brother!
                      had to race back to paschim vihar (was frenz bday)
                      me,draz and nikhil_datta ripped from khan market to west delhi.was fun. reached paschim vihar in abt 35 mins (app 23-24kms ) in peak rush hr traffic.. includin a 10min jam at naraina!
                      in short , i tested my zma yesterday. seems ok for the trip

                      its gettin foggy here in delhi plus cold too. yesterday shimla had a low of 8degrees. still no snow though

                          meet with an accident on the way to hissar, when i was going there to meet with my friend.
                          hit an overturned lorrey at speed of bout 70kmph.
                          but some injurey
                          bike's front totally damaged
                          i think my bike will take least 2-3 weeks to get repaired and to get insurence claimk, just got back to home so will go to showroom tomorrow to have my bike assed bu the insurance agent, i think my parents will not allow me now!
                          will try to convince them and try for a friend's bike
