  • Delhi G2G - Remembering September 2, 2007 - DumDuma Lake

Just thought of posting this up as a memory of one of our G2Gs.

    Original text
After sleeping in the morning at 3:00AM it was quite tough to get up but the excitement to be in the G2G after two months are quite enough to get myself going for the G2G. Just as I reached the Noida Xpressway I got a personal call and I think while I was on call 3-4 guys passed by me, xBhpians ofcourse. After wrapping up my call I started running off to the meeting point, only to realise that I just saw those 3-4 guys waiting behind at a bus stop. I then went back and found old friend Ravi over there along with two more guys:Manan & Addyrulz.

We then saw MG coming with his brigade with Ken zooming past by us on his AAARONE . We then followed them to the meeting point where few others were already present.

The offroading session was very enjoyable. I wished I had a KTM and an endless "offroading" track. We all came to a dead end. We then returned for another branch of the track. While few members went ahead to explore it, me along with Aryan, MG, Ravi, Borntoride and 4-5 other guys n girls stayed there. Me, MG, Ravi & Borntoride climbed the small "hill" over there. Had a nice view from ther. Ravi got mesmerised by one of the houses built in the middle of a farm (pic attached) . There was lot of humidity up there so we climbed back down. And then waited for others to return. And after that the details are same till the last meeting point IFFCO chown. After that I bade goodbye to everyone and headed off my ride towards Faridabad, again on those curves that we went through in the morning. But, this time it was a little tough. It was raining, vehicles running on high speeds sprikling dirty water on my helmet and lots of water streams flowing across the road. I had a severe headache and these conditions made the riding worse. Somehow I came back to home and had a nice cup of hot tea .

It was so nice to be in the g2g after two months gap.

I didn't click lot of pics since there were many photographers there :P. I thought I should not create too much redundancy :P. Just clicked few pics. Here are they:

Note to mods - I am not sure if I should be posting this. It is an old G2G that I saved text for. Thought of posting it to save it on xBhp. Final decision to approve is upto guys. Thanks.
