Here is a simple process on how to watermark your pictures
1) Open the image in Adobe Photoshop
2) Click Alt+Shift+Ctrl+S(Save for web). A page will be opened where you will see that the file size has reduced. For example a 1.3mb file will reduce into 150kb.Click save to reduce the image size.
3) Now click "Ctrl+N". This will make a New Layer. Make sure that you select "Background Content" as "Transparent".
4) Now hide the Background or Main Layer. This is done simply by clicking on the little “eye” on the left of “Background”.
5) Click the “Type Tool” to add text on Layer 1 that has been added. Select your text formatting options such as font type, font size etc.
6)Rasterize the layer by right clicking on it.
7) Apply Emboss(Filter>Stylize>Emboss). Keep Angle at 135,Height-3,Amount-100.
8) Change the blend mode of the Layer from “Normal” to “Hard Light” to make watermark merge with image. The icon will be there in layers pallete.
9) Now click add “Layer Style” from the bottom of layers pallete and select Blending Options. Adjust the settings according to your liking.
10) Finally right click on Background(Select the Background Layer by again clicking that little eye) layer and select “Merger Visible”.
Your watermarking job is done. This is not as difficult as it looks like and hardly takes 1 min per image.
P.S:If anyone know a simpler process then he can very well add it here.
