Comet Garage version 5
Hi Guys,
After Long time I am posting a garage thread. My version 1 to 4 are lost with Old XBHP
This time it was to Fix my broken bike, thanks to Aakash packers & movers & Gati that practically broke every part of my bike periphery while Transporting to & from Himalayas Dream Trip respectively.
What was Done:
1. Plastic welding for Both the side panels
2. Tig welding for the Rim, painting, Bend removal, Buffing & lacquering
3. painting & Lacquering Front Mudguard & Side panels
4. Re Chrome my silencer
5. Buff & lacquer my top Plate (the one in between the forks)
6. Clean & re-tune my carburetor, Air filter.
7. Custom made worm inner & outer
8. Custom made bar end holder & bar end's in steel
9. fitted a new center stand
10. RX Side stand.
11. Fixed the HID
12. Fixed the loose Horn
13. Cleaned the spark plugs
14. Put back the raised needles
15. Cleaned the Sprocket chain pair
16. painted the rusted charcy parts.
17. replaced Front Wheel Bearings with rubber liner ones
18. Tinkered the Tank Dent, repainted , snickered it & Lacquered it
19. re tunned & synced the carb CO screw.
Yet to do:
1. Replace rear wheel bearings
2. reset rear shock absorber
3. reset taplet settings
4. paste tank pad.
5. paint Tank lid, Break cylinder, livers
It coasted me a total of 17,000 INR
Thanks to Dr Irshad, for all the help restore the bike.

, you must have screwed the hell out of 'Gathi' 
what they have done to the bike is unacceptable.
