Lonavala Ride for Lunch at Sunny's Dhaba
What calls for this ride?
Well, we always do not have reasons for GTG - do we? But still, the purpose of me initiating this thread: For those of you know its a repeat but for those who don't- I am relocating out of Mumbai for a better job opportunity. It's not a secret so I am sharing the company name - "Barclays Capital" and place - "Singapore". For now it's a permanent posting, so I would be going long term.
Plan
- Reach Panvel McD by 7:00 AM.
- Reach Lonavala by 8:00 AM and meet guys from Pune.
- Reach Pavna Dam by 9:00 AM...
- Leave from Pavna by 11:30 and reach Sunny's dhaba for early lunch at arnd 12 - 12:30....
- Leave lonavala by 3:00 pm...
Some unsaid guidelines (just copy pasting from other GTG threads)
Every biker should carry the following papers:
a. Driving Licence and RC book.
b. Insurance Policy copy, PUC Certificate (valid)
Riding gear
a. Helmet (ISI/DOT/ECE approved) (rider and pillion both)
b. Full-sleeve Jacket (preferabley a riding jacket or a rainy jacket/
windcheater)
c. Gloves (Itz very cold out there)
d. Full length pants (jeans or trousers.... no flesh should be seen)
e. Boots/Shoes (no chappals or floaters)
Riding Guidelines
a. Stick to riding formations, do not overtake unnecessarily.
b. Maintain safe distance (of 2seconds atleast) between the bike in front.
c. Exchange bikes only if you feel comfortable about it.
Most important
Please adhere to the time decided and do not keep the whole group waiting.
