  • Drive against high custom duties on imports in india

HI MODS i would be very thankful if this topic is approved as we the people of india are willing to buy superbikes but due to high import duties many people dreams have crashed off so im wanted to start this topic and also want Xbhp to help out in any way it can to arrange some kind of protest or say if we can have a normal bike meet up all over country on a particular fixed day and bring in notice of government that we seriously need to bring the duties down as it would also help curb down importing bike illegally we can have a ride like one we have on WORLD AIDS DAY

we can fix up a particular day and fix a ride all over country in major cities like DELHI, MUMBAI, PUNE, HYDERABAD, BANGALORE and many more

i am sure many people would be thankful to XBHP if it helps out this in any way

    Thanks

Do you really think opening a thread on xBhp or having a G2G/ ride against these high custom duties set by the Government would help us bikers in bringing the duties down? NO, it won't. It's as simple as that.

All it would do is go on debating and blaming/ cursing the Government for pages until some moderator finally locks this thread for good.

And as I have said before, I do not want the duties go. I am all for the duties to stay. Till these big countries with their products relax THEIR duty structure and remove THEIR subsidies on their products!
The Wheel was a great invention; Two Wheels with a Motor in between was even better!
