  • Track Day at Chennai on Oct 25th

    Date changed to Oct 25th Sunday...Everything else remains same

    To make it a bit more organized and useful this time, i have made arrangements with jagat Nangappa to come to the track and let us on some tips. He has agreed to give us some basic training in the short span of time available. We will be using the pay and practise and that leaves us with the entire morning.

    The cost will have to be beared between us. adding a mechanic to look into any small issues with the bike and some basic first aid, the cost comes to around

    1000 Rs for 12-15 riders
    800 Rs for 15-18 riders

    The idea is to make use of the available time to the max and learn whatever is possible. But don't expect yourself to be rossi in a day though

    So ...whose in?

                jagat's been involved with rallying and track riding for a long time now..You can google and find details about him. He may not be the best track rider ever, but he's definetly a very good trainer. One thing which i have seen rarely with our guys..

                    @Ryder - You've got PM

                    Gentlemen below are tentative
                    - Subu(Shadowfax 83) on a black R15 ( 80% )
                    - Divakar(not on xBhp) on a blue R15 ( 60% )
                    - Shakthi(self tittled) on a blue R15 (40% probability due to personal reasons)
                    Guys and Gals, we need to get Sajeev a MRF Zapper FY and S!
                    I might need a FY too, but manageable I guess.

                              @ Ryder - I already have a personal practice plan on 11th along with my friend. If its expensive then i wil be practising alone. Is it 400 hundred for track and 400 for the mech and the instructor, considerig the number of riders are in second category?
                              @ Sajiv - For tyres, y don't you check in ambal ? There is a 15 days wait in period it seems. Y don't you give it a try ?
