    Hi every one,
I am from bangalore. I was riding splendor from last three years. Now i am decided to change my bike. Now i am planning to buy yamaha FZ.
    I have some doubts,
    1. My height is 5,4'. As I was riding splendor for these years i am feeling like the handle of fz is wider and little far. So i need to bend to reach the handle compared to splendor. Will this one will be the problem in handling the bike
    2. I like travelling on weekends. Is fz is good for long distance travelling and city ridng(banglore traffic).
    3. I have option of RTR 160 also. Which one is suits more for me.(I am not considering pulser and unicorn thinking that these bikes are heavy and difficult to control for my height, Can I consider these bikes)
    4. I also want to know the millage of FZ16, I am sure its not 50 as yamaha claiming. If it is more than 40 its great for me. My budget is 80K(Max) and I need millage of 40.
Help me in choosing bike. I am decided to get new bike on this deepawali.
Before that I have to sell my splendor also. Less time is remaining.
So gve your suggestions as early as possible.

FZ would just be great for you. Both FZ and RTR are great handlers. RTR is more aggressive in sport style, so FZ is more comfortable in these two.

Expect mileage for FZ about 40.

Both bikes are great, but in my opinion FZ is better for that. Yeah, FZ is very comfortable and can be used for long distance rides.

Among FZ and RTR, FZ would be better for touring since it has less vibrations as compared to RTR.
You can also consider unicorn and gs150r. Both of them are really smooth and comfortable.
Since you said your budget is 80k, you can even think of the p220. This would be the best choice. You would also get a mileage around 40.

          1. It won't be a big deal reaching the wide handle. It is designed for riders of all statures. About bending well the seating on the FZ is a bit sporty, if you want upright seating like the splendour consider the Fazer.
          2. The FZ is good enough for occasional touring needs. It's among one of the best bikes for riding in city traffic. The power band is wide so you don't need to shift down when you slow down much.
          3. The RTR is also a good bike with good handling but the FZ is a better city bike & is much more smoother and refined.
          4. The FZ should give you 40-45 in the city. I am sure you can get 50kmpl on the highway if you don't rip much.

            - FZ it should be. The handlebars are the most comfortable in terms of handling that i have come across. It will take you a week to get used to, but once you do, you will be flicking her everywhere.

            - Its a good all round bike, especially a great city bike, with great turning ability and grip to add to the package. you wont be disappointed. cheers!

                Thanks guys,
                Thanks for your feedback.
The wide handle was my concern and now it is cleared. I am decided to buy FZ on deepawali(hoping to get some discount)
Now the question is Black FZ or black and yellow FZ.

Get the Black and yellow FZs the colour combination brings out the lines and curves of the bike really well.
