800-900 kms dude... it was just 370 Kms to and froo 800-900 Kms for a newbie tourer is simply too much to take....

370 kms is a good distance to start with.
I am sure after this trip you must have aquired the itch to do 500 next ...Its goes on like this...

September 11th, 4.00 AM, My Place:

I was sound asleep, Dreaming about my restoring my Old steed( Shaolin). I am sprinting to the mechanic shop, en route thanking my lucky angel for helping source the pistons and the OE oil pump when the alarm in the real world goes off.

I quickly get up, dazed by the sudden and strange sound of my phone going "I gotta Feeling...". I get up and tip toe past my parent's bedroom careful not to create any sudden noises which may disturb them.
I get ready by 4.35 and check my phone for any calls or messages and find one unread message from Sriram (Sriram_Efunds), a fellow Xbhpian who had carefully drafted the plan.

I wake up my mom, in the most gentle manner I could muster, and state to her my intentions and help her store Sriram's Number, Just in case she can't reach me. By the time I exit the confines of my house I realise that the poor chap had been waiting near my place for almost 5 Minutes.

I take long paces and rendezvous with sriram, who has brought along another tourer friend of his, Mr. Devanathan AKA Dev. Since I'm riding pillion, due to the lack of ride, I hop onto Sriram's Unicorn and we are off.



We stop for a quick breakfast right at the outskirts of Chennai and make a quick route plan to Tiruthani, about 100 Kms from Chennai.

Will post the Rest tomorrow due to time constraints. Sorry for the delay..
